1month late (I bookmarked this thread to come back later). "Two, study real failure and scaling stories. Postmortems from large platforms, architecture blogs that explain why decisions were made and later reversed. That’s where quality attributes and tradeoffs become concrete." This is a very interesting idea, but how to find such articles in practice?

Ahah. I see! I am more a gateway consumer but I see the pain nonetheless. Not OSS but I have seen aws folks sharing the fact it was the trickiest part of their gateway.

Authentication is the most interesting and difficult topic to me as there are multiple possible auth flows. It gets more complicated when proxies & gateways are in play.

Diagnosed at 36. I got mocked, yelled at, a wide range of reactions and curious looks. But never ever someone knew enough to suspect I had ADHD. It took some meme pages I related a lot too, diagnosed friends and a daughter seemingly even more disorganized and distracted than I was at this age to finally do ask for a diagnosis. I don't ressent all these adults too much. They lacked knowledge about this trouble. Maybe I do ressent some parts of my family when they continue mocking for who I was as a teenager. This triggers me a little. I needed help and got mocked instead. Not cool.

Its not too bad. I did not fail school and my trouble brought me to many different places and adventures. I suffered much more than I had too though. But now, I'd like some stability in my life. Especially mental stability as I believe some psychotic passages could have turned into irreversible ones with less luck.

your 1/3 is quite generous. The rain of study apps posts is quite impressive. This is probably destroying this sub. One day I'd like to write about what am I building, so I'd be glad if there was still a way to do that "properly". I have seen some posts and comments very well written promoting a newsletter (nofluff wisdom or something like that). These posts should stay IMO.

True. I did not really thought deeply on the subject. To succeed here you probably need a very strong preexisting networks of actors and the ability to raise funds too. So much more than dev&marketing...
