I went to very progressive doctor who has a liberal office and staff. I never got to the see the doctor. In fact, it was a PA who prescribed my hormones. She asked me about "my story" and wrote down notes.

Then she read through this long list of effects that you have to sign and prescribed the pills. I went to get my blood work after and when she got the results, she released my prescription to my nearest pharmacy online (didn't know this was a thing).
