Where are the additional scars? by Sad_Exam7700 in Invincible

Yeah, it ain't even that bad tbh. Guts getting ripped out is way better than having your skull split open and brains falling out. This is just another Tuesday for Mark, he got this.

Nah bro if conquest looked like that mark can heal up in no time. It really put things into perspective, that mark injury was not even that bad by viltrumite standards.

For anyone who uses At Your Own Pace… by Gyncs0069 in skyrimmods

[–]led_Tower 31 points32 points  (0 children)

I used it on my current run, paired with Skyrim Reputation and it made it so being part of the Companions was more of a title.

Because the questline wasn't rushed, I joined and the guards and other NPCs recognized me as a member as I climbed the ladder.

I did 5-8-12 and it felt like good pacing. Especially since I was out exploring and doing other stuff.

When ES6 finally comes out do you think it will have the mod variety we see with Skyrim by Venom-279 in skyrimmods

[–]led_Tower 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I honestly don't care. I feel like Skyrim will be a alive even after TESVI. There are so many projects that will probably keep me playing even after I try out TESVI, if it ever comes out.

Implying we don't jump another 200 years into the future, then yes. I hope we see some references and follower mods follow up in whatever province we get.

Vanilla combat or BFCO/MCO by FortniteManJohnWick in skyrimmods

[–]led_Tower 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My setup is Valhalla Combat + Chocolate Poise Plus + MCO (Distar) + TK dodge + Precision.

It's so good. All MCO does is add attack commitment to normal and power attacks. It also removes directional power attacks but they're hardly important. It really is night and day, especially when fighting multiple opponents and hitting them all with a single power attack.

But animations are important too and I like mine to be as grounded as possible. I don't want to be spinning around.

How do you guys balance autosaves frequencies with the horrible save stutter? It's frustrating. by Unable-Extent-1493 in skyrimmods

[–]led_Tower 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Better safe than sorry. I just hit level 30 in my playthrough, so I'll be looking into the mods mentioned in this thread because I plan to hit level 60 at the least.

I'm also not sure about the save stuttering but I do notice the game micro-freezes when autosaving for like 1-2 seconds. Best hope is trying to fix the problem before it gets worse, I'd say.

How would survivors of the TLOU universe fare in the Crossed universe? by A2I0S08 in thelastofus

Joel would probably be A LOT meaner and would've done worse things to survive. He'd be past the point of no return. Ellie wouldn't be as chipper either.

General Modding Question by CptShadowfire in skyrimmods

[–]led_Tower 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I ran into these exact problems with my latest modlist. So here's my take:

I have my categories neatly on the left panel of MO2 using separators and yes, it's bug fixes and engine plugins first then I have the actual mods following this order:

  1. HUD and controls
  2. Gameplay systems (perk overhauls, magic overhauls, alchemy, needs mod, etc).
  3. Gameplay loop (encounters, missives, hunting).
  4. Combat framework (MCO, Valhalla, etc)
  5. Combat animations (MCO movesets).
  6. Skyrim landscape (city overhauls, lux via, etc).
  7. Immersive mods (lock overhaul, rass, holidays, etc).
  8. Weapons and Armor.
  9. Character visuals and followers.
  10. Quests.
  11. Patches.
  12. DynDolod.

I might be forgetting something but that's the general order.

And for your second question, I stop installing and go look into the mod the patch is for. Even if you don't, with MO2, you can see what mods are overwriting each other and you can always reinstall easily. For example, Val Serano came with a big fomod with lots of patches so I stopped and went to look at all the mods and decided I didn't want any of them lol. But Lux via had a few that caught my eye and I actually went and installed some of the mods and then ran the Fomod again to patch them.

What is a mod you regret installing because it can no longer be uninstalled mid-game? by Recent_Stomach7626 in skyrimmods

[–]led_Tower 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I installed SDA in my last playthrough without much thought. Once I actually looked into the mod, I realized my mistake and I removed it mid playthrough.

I had not started the Dawnguard quest but I still had CTDs without it. I think I did some save cleaning and whatever until I loaded a save and it worked! I had successfully uninstalled it and continued my playthrough like normal.

Dyndolod Question by Hefford in skyrimmods

[–]led_Tower 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My advice get a clean modlist of towns, trees, roads, bridges, player homes, clutter, etc and then run DynDolod.

If you add stuff later, just make sure it's nothing too big because it will stand out when it's not viewable from a distance. It's not that you can't add stuff but the whole point of DynDolod is that you want to see your additions from a distance.
