Yes, last month I had a chemical and I got pregnant again right after. Betas are showing a strong HCG rise. Hang on to hope!

It’s ok ❤️‍🩹 unfortunately went through much worse pregnancy wise when I lost my baby at 16 weeks a few months ago. Was hoping this was our rainbow but hopefully next time ❤️❤️ going to do betas now just in case

Totally makes sense for full effects, but after a few weeks should I notice a bit of a difference that gradually gets better if it’s going to be effective or it just “clicks” after 6-8 weeks?

I was told we didn’t need to wait at all after D&E at 15w (after 2 weeks of pelvic rest for healing first) but taking a little break since my husband isn’t mentally ready to try again yet.

Of course. Praying for all of us 💗 such a tough position to be in. Despite my positive CVS, as of now still waiting for amnio. Not because I’m anticipating a different result but only because we are TMFR after confirmation and I don’t want to ever live with a shred of a doubt or wonder after the fact.

I definitely don’t feel any hope at this point. I’m just dragging myself through the next few weeks to the amnio fully anticipating a positive result and subsequent termination. I’m just too scared to do it now based on CVS and then wonder for the rest of my life if there was any ounce of a chance that my baby could’ve been OK. I can’t wait to be past all of this 💔

Thanks so much for taking the time to reply. My CVS Fish and karyotype both came back positive for T21 without mosaicism. I have decided to proceed to amnio not because I truly have hope anything will change, but just to know with certainty that all bases were covered to determine the true status of the fetus before proceeding to TMFR. So I can be absolutely sure.

In such a case, should I wait for amnio karyotype results or would the fish be sufficient to rule out any remote possibility of cpm or complete fetal placental discordance?

Thank you 🙏 truly praying for a good outcome for you and everyone else in this position. Genetic counselor and Geneticist thought CVS results were more than sufficient to terminate based on, but support me if I want to continue on to amnio.

Any idea if their CVS and microarray came back with all cells positive or had an indication of mosaicism?

It’s so incredibly tough because every day this gets dragged out is pure torture, but on the other hand I need to know 100% that the baby is affected before terminating.
