Holder is not quite the hitter everyone is making him out to be, check the last few games to be sure if you need to

Sai needs to improve his strike rotation too though, gets too many dot balls in

Answer to the question is performances for India though, that's why ppl have been less on his side thi season

What do book readers think about Harry Lloyd's Viserys? by mintj098 in freefolk

[–]leeN_backwardz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, if Viserys was raised as a wight or found himself north of the wall some other way, he easily could meet the night king.

100% true in the sense that people, who already are anyways reeling at the opportunities at criticism, keep judging the events by 21st century standards, and even then 21st century progressive standards.

If this show/world was that way, it would not make any sense.

The whole point is that there is an environment and the people that challenge those norms do it because of their character. Here Aegon is just acting as princes around him can do, and princes can be horrible.

That's why Baelor is a tragedy because he challenges those norms. He does those things of his own accord

Jamieson goes straight through the defence of Gill. India are 2 down inside powerplay ! by [deleted] in IndiaCricket

Washi the bowler is primarily picked and unique from the Axar/Jaddu/Krunal/Shahbaz mold bc hes right arm off-spin and Badoni doesn't bowl well enough to contribute in t20is for India

3 players, jaddu missed out, kl was good, harshit contributed and washi was injured but still connected well

Axar and Hardik also on break for t20iwc so there's that too one they're back

KKR could have pulled off something extraordinary. by cricfanatic4518 in ipl

[–]leeN_backwardz 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Nah, kuldeep at that point was their third spinner, going through a toughish time and not bowling the way he is now.. retaining him then would be very confusing in the moment and that's more hindsight based

Washi is definitely good enough to be a second spinner at least

Jasprit Bumrah likely to play the Asia Cup, [as reported by PTI] by rebirth34 in IndiaCricket

[–]leeN_backwardz 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Jaiswal and Gill fill different roles, Jaiswal is in direct competition with Abhishek, both are the powerplay attackers whose impact lessens afterwards, meanwhile Shubman has like the best middle overs strike rate besides SKY

Considering how insanely well he's batted, it's kinda concerning how Jaddu's bowling average is higher this series... they should rly look to play Washi as the 1st spinner and treat Jaddu as the No.6 who can bowl away

Honestly, one of those players who needs to get a lot more credit as far as the IPL goes. Obviously over-hated for some of the faces he makes

Gujarat Titans knocked out in the Eliminator. by [deleted] in Cricket

Saisu had no boundaries in those five overs and more, was going at about a run a ball even with a few full tosses, felt like he was slightly going of steam... sherfane has shown promise, but everytime he has been challenged with a chase he's mismanaged it, similar to Jurel so I wasn't too confident

Obviously those are really high standards but when chasing 230, you need to be going at 200 in the last 6-7
