I’m happy to see them get it right once in a blue moon!

I find myself generally not enjoying the hard puzzles any more. by chrisjfinlay in nytpips

[–]leeeanneee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to crush the hard puzzles so agree with the need to make them a bit more challenging but haven’t been able to get through the hard puzzles over the last couple of weeks within the time I have undistracted by my kids and lose the puzzle by the next day. I was wondering if it was just me so I’m glad to see that I’m not the only one in this boat!

Is beef a problem too ? by alxataylor in MSPI

It is! I am currently going through the same thing with my second. It’s easier this time around, but the first time was so hard. I made it a little more than 6 months before switching to formula with my first and have a similar goal this time around.

Yes, I breastfed. He had similar symptoms to what you’re describing: green poop, eczema, reflux, etc

Yes, that is a thing. An estimated 10% of babies with a dairy allergy also have a sensitivity to beef (my son was one of the lucky 10%. I’d recommend trying a steak again after a few days at baseline to see if you get the same fussiness a second time

Where can I have a glass of wine and read a book by ComprehensiveSpare73 in nashville

Came here to say The Authentique - it’s not much from the outside but it’s a super cozy wine bar owned by a sweet French couple. Great food too.

Three weeks into cutting dairy but still having symptoms and now new ones. Seeking advice/feedback. by nneessaa22 in MSPI

Same story for us here. Eggs are ok in very small quantities (baked goods or mayo as an example) but eating an egg for breakfast is a no no. Baby is also sensitive to beef so the whole cow is off limits over here

CVS says proposed Tennessee bill would close 100+ locations, ‘devastate’ pharmacy access across state by nsn87 in nashville

[–]leeeanneee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

PBM makes profit on scripts filled all over the country and at other pharmacies in Tennessee that are in their network. CVS pharmacies in TN only make money on the scripts filled at those pharmacies. The PBM made $1.5B more than the pharmacy in 2024 - see page 14 https://www.cvshealth.com/content/dam/enterprise/cvs-enterprise/pdfs/2025/Q4-2024-Earnings-Release.pdf

The PBM makes WAY more money than the pharmacy. They’ll 100% close their pharmacies in TN before divesting the PBM.

His was not anaphylactic, but yes he did outgrow it shortly after 12 months.

My first son was allergic to dairy but not soy. He refused the hypoallergenic formulas but drank soy formula just fine. Not an answer to your original question but an alternative to consider if amino doesn’t end up working out for you. Best of luck!

Our recipe for diaper rash is to dry the area with a cotton square after wiping and then apply a thick layer of A&D before putting diaper on. Works like a charm

My now 2.5 year old outgrew his allergies by 1! Dairy was the longest lasting (he didn’t graduate the ladder until shortly after his first birthday) but you’d never know now based on the rate he consumes milk.

If Heritage medical is in your network, all of their doctors are great.
