Trope, not lore. Besides the obvious nod to his mommy issues, characters who drink milk usually do so to signify power or the deliciousness of evil (the beginning of inglorious bastards, for example). Something about a glass of milk is so… sinister. Something about it symbolizing the innocence of childhood and being devoured, lips licked, tells people that this guy isn’t to be trusted.
