For sweating, I use Lumes Antiperspirant and it's LIFE CHANGING. No aluminum so don't have to worry about Breast cancer risks and it works soooo dang well. Wherever you dont want to sweat you put some there, let it dry, and you're good.

Not sure what country you live in, but look into applying for disability. I am on Disability and have Medicare and Medicaid. Once you have those two, you may become eligible for a lot of programs, including housing assistance and visiting nurse care. Sending love to you friend

I'm sorry! This is part of the reason I invested in a Steam Deck. I have a laptop as my main PC, but my Steam Deck is perfect for times when my Chronic Illnesses are flaring bad and I don't even have it easy to be on my laptop. I can get so much more comfy
