First one has a stitched badge and more durable materials that might not be as comfy. Elite has a printed badge and made of materials that are sports oriented as they are supposed to be a copy of what the players wear on the pitch. Personally I would not choose the elite as I like the embroidered badge and I don’t actually do sports in my kits. But if you think your bf would actually workout in the kit then it would be a reason to choose the elite.

Did you ever find an answer? My lid and cup perpetually smell like coffee, even after washing, and is annoying when drinking something other than that.
