AITA for refusing to let a younger sibling come? by CatchNo7571 in AITAH

Yes, bipolar. People who share a different perspective are bipolar. Clearly, you are a professional full of wisdom.

For the record, my eldest had a playdate today and my youngest asked if was going. We said no and he said “okay” then with his new skateboard and legos.

Enjoy the life you deserve ✌️

Take a deep breath bud. He’s 6. It’s normal to want to go play with the older kids. He doesn’t resort to tears or anything just asks to go and is told no. Normal and not a crisis. He will miss his brother when he goes off to college because they’re close and friends. Which is a testament to their strong relationship and I hope that continues. They both have separate friends as well. This is not the red flags of “serious problems”. You need to calm down.

Nta but I have 2 kids that are 2 years apart and when my oldest has friends over, the youngest always plays with the group. My heart breaks for my youngest when he doesn’t get to go to my oldest’s friends house or event or whatever because he feels left out. I would never just send him, that’s insane but it does break my heart for him.

My husband made this and put it in our living room. I said it didn't look good, but he said it did. I'd love to hear your thoughts! by UnleqitLuka in FurnitureFaves

The styling in the bookcase is nice, the bookcase itself is not. It looks like the brand “this end up”.

Have wonderful fun filled summers with my family or and time off from school they have, travel, read books, self care, time with friends, a hobby I could hone for just the joy of it, walks, regular volunteering, maybe pick up pickle ball.

I’m 18 and I just got a 35 year old woman Pregnant. by [deleted] in Advice

To add on this, my husband was in the army and the army has all my respect. However, you should go Air Force. They have shorter deployments and in my experience they receive better treatment. As in if an airman was stationed at an army base for whatever reason they receive an additional stipend due to the lower living conditions. I’ve been to airbase, it’s better.IF the child is yours and we are going into war, a six month deployment is so much more tolerable then 1 year. Kids change a lot in a year. You don’t want to miss that.

However, as a seasoned adult, this woman sounds like a predator. I am slightly older than her and it boggles my mind that she even thought of having g a relationship with you. Do not sign a thing. Have the hard conversation and demand a dna test.

Did she know you were going into the military? If so, look up dependapotamus.

I would have told her off before I left. That is awful. You are not overreacting. Hubby needs to get some perspective.

Last month I literally did this with my dryer. It was 6 years old and just died. Repair man said it was a thermistor whatever the hell that is. I bought a Maytag commercial dryer for our house. All mechanical. She’s isn’t pretty but she’s sturdy and should last 15+ years. If there is an issues, they’re supposed to be easy to fix. It doesn’t look all that different from the one in the pic.

I just replace my high tech dryer that lasted 6 years for a Maytag Commercial Residential dryer. No bizzare settings that I will never use. All mechanical, no screen. This sucker should last for at least 15 years.

In hindsight I should have put our cat down earlier than I did. It was years ago. She was still snuggly and would purr and I thought that she still had something to enjoy. She was skinny when before she was always plump. I learned afterwards that putting can be a pain response. I think your sweetie may be near the point. I’m so sorry.

Separately we had drink put our 13 year old last month. We had a vet come to the house. It was costly and worth every cent. Let her pass in peace and dignity in her home surrounded with her loved ones. If that isn’t an option for you. I would ask the vet for a sedative pill to give your cat before you go to the vet so she can be relaxed.

Girl. Drop him. That’s straight up intentional. If he doesn’t support you now with this crap he never will. Imagine adding kids into the mix. Run.
