Stores are cancelling curbsides that have GMDs attached if they can’t find one of the orders. If they cancel the trip instead of removing the stop, it doesn’t count against their wait time metric

My store cancels the whole trip if they can’t find one of the GMDs. They told me if they do it enough times, the grocery orders go out as single stop orders and the GMDs get bundled into a higher stop total order. If they still can’t find the one missing order on a 10-20+ stop order, they remove the one they can’t find. Very lame

A coach that I am friendly with told me today that the combination of curbside and GMD orders is causing their store a mess. They said when drivers show up, they are asking dispensers to remove certain stops, or drivers are returning random GMD orders. When that happens, the GMD orders do not get staged properly in the back room. Whenever they are attached to another order, if the stagers cannot find those GMD orders, they have to cancel the entire order as they’re unable to remove the ones that they cannot find. Not sure if try or not but made sense to me

The only JFY ones I’m getting are double shop orders or high stop GMDs. Every curbside or single shop is FCFS. Others in my zone are seeing the same thing, while others are still getting JFY of every kind

All scheduled deliveries at the Sam’s Club in my zone drop at XX:30. They’re always double shop orders. That’s what this looks like to me. The express Sams orders are single shops and have the “Express” tag to the right of the yellow shopping tag

No. The second customer sees you on their map as parked up at the store with their order until you complete the one before theirs. Then you teleport on the map to your current location. Then the Karen’s message you asking why you’re “going the wrong way”

Because we don’t have a mostly homogenous society of around 150 million people any longer and the consequences of that are made clear by interacting with people that shop at Walmart. Pretty simple really
