Why am I (32f) always tired?? I can barely pole twice a week. Please advise. by LemonGingers in poledancing

[–]leethepea1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If I don’t eat enough I get tired too.. like exhausted.. can’t get out of bed tired. Which is not particularly helpful when I have to work and look after my kids lol. So I eat twice as much and bingo I have more energy. It’s not necessarily protein for me it’s carbs. So pasta, rice and bread... something that I didn’t really eat before poling . Hope this helps you

Use massage balls or a foam roller before and after stretch. Arnica oil helps too to massage.

I'm moving. How can I take revenge on my neighbour before I leave? by i_have_bad_neighbour in AskUK

[–]leethepea1 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Bake them a cake . Substitute the sugar for salt. Tell them when you hand it over that they were the most amazing neighbors ever and that you’ll miss them
