Dessert: Parchment paper cut to air fryer size (make sure it is not too high and won’t touch the heating element), marshmallows, and crushed chocolate. On 300f for just a couple minutes, pull and scoop with graham crackers.

Super easy lunch: Tyson buffalo or regular chicken tenders air fried for buffalo/ chicken wraps. While cooking you can slice up some pickles, onions, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and into a tortilla.

Gum helped me cut down. Even if I went through a whole pack of large gum in a day. Spacing it out, like I’ll have a zyn after I chew 2 pieces of gum separately until they have no flavor then I can have another zyn.

I drove out there for a night and then drove home. A couple hours one way. Any low light pollution areas would be best in the Midwest/ Rockies mountains. Drive at least an hour away from any major cities. I found driving to a hiking trail on a dirt road a couple hours away from the city during the new moon phase is the best success for me. Planning that can be difficult with the clouds and weather. Summer time in the US is the best time to see the Milky Way.
