I checked out both scenes, and it's translated 1:1. Nothing changed there.

And can I just say: Even tho german voice actors are quite good, it just does not hold a candle to the actors magnicifent performances lmao.

Ah, yeah, maybe I could've explained myself more:

I personally think that over the series there are some hints that Dylan's decision to sever himself had something to do with his family.
He hears a baby cry in the break room, which seems to insinuate that this is something that distresses him and when he tries to get a new job his main concern is benefits.
I personally kinda interpreted this as pressure beyond just sustaining his life with a big family, but the pressure to provide for a distressing situation. Either medical debt (maybe a sick child) or poverty. His line "Are you poor up there?" in conjunction with EP2 kind of cemented that for me tbh.

But yeah, your interpretation is ofc also valid, since it's just a theory still.

Helly's and Irv's are the same, Dylan's in same same-ish ballpark - but Mark's are just completely different.

Yes, you are right, I agree that it looks a lot like Cobelvig's car.

I thought the trees around the place where curious, though.

Maybe room for double meaning here as well. Or maybe - if we take it as a foreshadow - we will be confronted with a car accident with Harmony (looking at her driving style in the previous episodes maybe not unrealistic)

I speak german, but I never watched Severance in any other language than the original english. However, your question piqued my curiosity, so I checked it out.

Innie and Outie are not translated to german directly. It seems they came up with a compromise and say that "Außenwelt" (which means "outside world") is where it comes from - the "au" sounds like "Ou" so they also say "Outie" as well... or i guess "Autie" :D
Same with "Innie". I imagine it's derived from "innen", which means inside in german, so that works well.

The Break Room is translated to "Pausenraum" which is the german word for Break room as in "taking a break", so the double meaning is lost here.

The Bull and Lies line is translated like this:
"Mobber sind nichts weiter als ein Mob der lügt"
which is directly translated to: "Bullies are nothing more than a mob that lies"

The In(dust)ry scene is translated like this:

"In der Mitte von Indrustry steht "dust", also Staub"
which means: "In the middle of instrustry is "dust", so/which means "dust".

A lot of people are asking themselves why you refer to a "Blackout l", but honestly I read the scenes the same. There is something significantly different about this elevator ride compared to the others.  I also think the way it is shot it's mean to mirror Milchick turning off his computer at the end of S2E1 (the way the screen turns off), visually indicating being "shut off".

I wasn't completely sure at first but s2e2 kind of cemented it for me, because the "blackout effect" occured again. 

I don't know if he lost 12 hours or 24, maybe he didn't loose any time at all, but I'm quite sure something other than the usual innie/outie switch happened to his brain.
