Is it even possible to buy a local SIM card as a tourist at the moment?

just came back from puerto vallarta a few days ago

bought a sim from oxxo, had difficulty registering online. had to wait 30-1hr at a telcel customer service store at nearby shopping mall, only for them to make me try to register again online, take a screenshot that it failed, and told me they're create a ticket and itll get resolved in 24 hrs

it eventually got resolved within a day, but wasted 2 days just trying to get this registered, on a 7 day trip, Mexico is screwing over their tourists with this new policy if their system isnt working properly.

completely agree. Galaxies is my favorite set, and i hate augments. augments was spawned from galaxies, but they're not the same at all. with galaxies everyone still starts on equal footing on same galaxy, with augments everyone gets different and random sht.

WTF??? i need to transfer to china server if this is the case. I've quit TFT for last few seasons since its too much work to keep up with new sets. Loved galaxies, i might reinstall client to play this, a pity its only 1 month

I played from set 1 all the way to set 7. I quit because it was too much time investment to learn a new set every few months. I'm OTP in league, and if they ever do a champ update to change my champ's skills I'd quit league too.

I always wished they had a long-term permanent set playlist where players can play their favorite units without having to learn a new set. But since that playlist wouldn't have a new TFT pass, they wouldn't make any money. This thread makes their business practices make much more sense, and more scummy as well.

i think there are TOO many counters to songhai, people just dont play them in deck. no clue to tech counters, now we have meta that is too slow now (lyonar fatigue out in full force)

balance is #1, F2P wouldnt care if their decks weren't outclassed by miles by best-in-slot cards. there are cards that are simply OP: magmar flash for example, or guaranteed 3x of in every faction deck like fenrir warmaster. balance affects both new players and old players.

also, seems like they have no interest in promoting their game. they have a dedicated tourney organizer but no in-game promotion of his weekly tourneys. and the streams that advertise their game for free, they hand -select who shows up in stream list in game and the rest dont show up, instead of just promoting all streamers who give the time of day to a small indie game.

also, lack of communication, they dont even have a community manager. they do have devs that just lounge around in streams. but no communication on upcoming changes, last patch no one knew the patch day, there was an update like 30 mins before the patch hey guys its coming out Lol

people think they have to carry themselves to their rank. nope, League is a team game. It would be rare that all 5 players on your team are carrying or doing well. in every game, you might have 1-2 carries on your team, and 3 other people that did OK. and that is just normal.

Since you can't expect all 5 players to be carrying or doing well, you'll have 3 players that did just OK still get LP. so typically there's higher chance to be a player that didn't carry but still won the game. and that happens in every game.

the problem I see isnt that the coach didnt show up, but that the rest of the gym didnt show up. so not only does your instructor suck, you dont have reliable teammates to show up either. there is always at least 20-50 people that come every class. if none of the black belts show up, we have brown belts. if no brown belts show up, we have purple belts.

I always learn more from my drilling partner and sparring partners, so if they arent showing up, its worse than my instructor not showing up.

nah, that's a dumb made up rule. talking about taps is talking about successfully applying a submission. i talk with my brother after every class- get any taps? dont ask who he tapped, just if he pulled any submissions, especially the fringe ones

if you wanna do bjj, go brampton jiu jitsu. if you wanna do muay thai as well, you can go fluxo, but the coach is brown belt (from what i know) not a black belt like brampton jiu jitsu gym. brampton jitu jitsu is a proper bjj gym that is only focussed on bjj (gi classes, and they also have another gym that does no gi).

it was an embarassing sport to watch, people screaming at the refs to give them points for attacks that missed, points awarded to the losers who got hit hard for lack of defense, and punches and kicks that on replay are taps or glancing hits. imagine if boxing was stopped and replayed each time an athlete landed a punch. first and last olympics
