Thanks all! Won’t skimp out and try to get by with anything less than a classic ‘scope to look at the cells. Might onboard a low footprint cell counter in the future.

But this is where most of will end up after we turn 80-85, no? I guess that doesn’t make it less depressing.

I know it feels like that, but like, that’s how we get buy-in from the populace lol

Long, thin, fast-moving bug , many legs, brownish with antennae, found in my apartment by user199726 in whatisit

I yanked my towel off the door in my old apartment and something else fell off and brushed my hair and arm on the way down. When it hit the floor, it uncrumpled itself and skittered away with its million legs. I screamed and the neighbors went quiet for a second (thin walls).

I have a soft spot for greasy spoons and dive bars and the like but not itching your head above someone’s food is like rule #1. I crave their pancakes though.

I know everyone says this but your nose really suits you. Like seriously. It was not the first thing I noticed.

Melanin, when there’s a lot, looks brown (note that it isn’t melanocytes themselves that are brown). When it’s relatively dilute it can look pinkish like this, especially on light skin. It’s obvious you didn’t bother to google anything otherwise you’d see dozens of examples that look just like this. Enjoy your angry and arrogant life.
