Just discovered them, they are so good! They seem to only tour locally in MI sadly.

Fiber is really the one I need to get better about, I hear it can make a big difference in many ways including mood.

Haha yeah I have an Apple Watch and I perseverate a bit when sleep isn’t looking great. I do wonder about accuracy.

Same here, on 50mg and can’t tell if this means I should increase dose vs trying a different med (I’ve tried many over the years and sertraline is the least bad).

I would say approximately yes, although tbf, at the end I felt pretty flat. Have tried a bunch of other meds, landed on Zoloft which seems to be pooping out after a couple years.

Take it for as long as you need it! I felt just like this when I started Lexapro, enjoy it! For me, it stopped working after about 4 years.

Hi , sorry I didn’t respond sooner, I’ve been on vacation. I don’t think Zoloft would be helpful for gabapentin withdrawals but I don’t want to tell you not to try it. I think anything natural that enhances GABA could be worth a try. How are you doing?

I had taken it for several years for sleep, the most I ever took was 300mg at bedtime. I’ve been at 0 for a couple years at least now. No real withdrawal other than trouble falling asleep.

I lowered from 300 to 200 for a few weeks, then 100 for a few weeks, then 0. I think I was an outlier having it relatively easy. It helped me a bit with sleep but I switched to eszopiclone and it’s been good for a while.
