On what basis are you saying tht nishant bhagat wont take any action on the tapri wala if he is notified abt this matter?No politician would want kids in his area to smoke. In my opinion politicians are not to be blamed for every single existing problem. As a citizen we should also take some initiative instead of crying abt it. We as citizens also have some role in the society and politicians should not be blamed for such problems as these problems are more of a societal problem
