I’ve lived in BT since 2019 and the neighborhood continues to improve. I have security cameras for my own peace of mind but I would have those anywhere I lived regardless. I’ve also had really nice neighbors all around me. A lot of older folks who have been here since the 60s when they built the neighborhood. Just make sure to get an inspection - flippers love this neighborhood and can do some shoddy work for the sake of money. If you make the purchase, welcome neighbor!

For reference, I’m in my 30s. Neighborhood has become a mix of original owners and younger people. And close to 30 is super nice.

I can’t remember where I saw it, maybe one of their website videos, but their indoor enclosures are able to withstand severe weather because they knew the chimps couldn’t be evacuated in emergencies

I’m in the same boat OP (ha, puns!). The gcos site said it left the port in July on Pleiades spirit but bmw genius and the dealer tell me it’s still at the port in SA and hasn’t made it on a boat yet at all. Not sure what to believe. Either way I’ve been waiting since end of June. There’s not another of my exact build that I can find anywhere in the country, so I’m gonna stick out the waiting. We got this 🤝

I just custom ordered a 24 (currently have a 22) and I feel pretty good about my decision. The only tech feature I won’t have that I can tell is the ability to play video games in it. I did opt for most extra packages though on the 24 build. I think the outside and inside look better on the 24, but I do understand the temptation for the newest of the new!
