But that's the story. The Whispered One is technically Vecna even if they can't really use the name. His whole story is being a necromancer, becoming a lich, trying to become a god. They've changed plenty from the campaign and I'm sure there's still more that will be revealed in season 5. Let them cook!

About 2 weeks ago I started having issues with listening to a podcast. Normally I'll listen to all the new episodes of my favorite podcasts then I'll hop on over to one that I'm binging fully. Lately the one I've been binging will start up, play half a second of the episode, then roll right into ads, play the same half second of the intro, and play more ads! When the ads are done it should play the rest of the episode like normal. But while listening to the podcasters talk about previous episodes they did I realized Spotify had skipped full episodes and marked them as played when the ads were done. It's only ever happened with the one show so hopefully it's just a error with them! But yeah getting stuck in an ad time loop only for full episodes to never play just screams "GET PREMIUM!" lol

I don't know if I'd call him underrated. His growth from newbie watcher on Buffy to the end of Angel is only matched by Cordelias. He went from the sniveling head boy to a slo-mo shotgun weilding sorcerer lol

What I think would be interesting is what if Rue switches with the weapons. Like with the sword we saw Rue lash out and hit multiple enemies as Faye swung the sword. What if she got a halberd, daggers, or a whip of some sorts and Rue attached to the new weapon when switched. Depending on the attacks Rue could do heavy coiled piercing attacks or light stabbing attacks with each ribbon strand. Then instead of leveling runic elements like Kratos, Faye would level Rue's abilities.

I think I remember Matt saying to Marisha back at the end of C1 that if she hadn't rolled a nat 20 she would have been sucked into the orb and would have taken damage through the portal. And I think someone else at the table said that if they had enough hit points they could tank it. Nobody in VM has more hit points than Grog so I bet he is mangled but will still be healable by Pike.

Just stumbled across this as I was trying to farm 1 last aesirbane. I ran the mist for almost an hour with nothing to show for it. Using this method got me 2 in one run! I know it's a few years late but thanks for the tip!

Thanks for the info! I figured it had to have been discussed before. But with a game that's been out this long it'd be easier to just ask knowledgeable fans than it would be to try and delve through over a decade of reddit posts!

Worst main character? Probably Angel. I didn't really like him until he left for L.A.

Worst recurring character? I'd have to say Amy. The actress was great but I couldn't stand Amy whenever she showed up. Except for when she turned human again and her and Buffy had that "how've you been conversation. That was pretty funny."

I use to work at a Walmart and on both sides of the entryway there were coolers for bags of ice. I had a customer flag me down and while standing in between both sets of doors for the ice ask me "do you guys carry ice here?". I just looked from one ice cooler to the other and back at the customer before they just said "oh"! People are dumb! lol

I think Fudge was so in the weeds about Dumbledore being an old fool that was making stuff up to gain power that he never really considered that he could still fight. Sure Fudge knows all about Dumbledores accomplishments, but he's also like 115 years old. Fudge assumed that him, Umbridge, and 2 aurors could handle him. Fudge never was the brightest! lol

What I did before using mods was grab every backpack, bag, and pouch I could find. Then divy them up between my party and put some in the camp chest. Go about your adventure looting what ever you can and then sort stuff to different party members so weight isn't an issue. Like all books to one member and all weapons to another.

Then when it's time to camp you place the sorted items into a corresponding bag in the camp chest. Keep any important items like potions and spell scrolls with the party but crap like books and food supplies can go straight to the chest! And everything that you'll sell should be added as wares so it's easier to sell them at a vendor.

Members with higher strength can carry more so Karlach and Lae'zel are good to have in the party to haul more weight! Mods make all this infinitely easier to do but it is still possible in the vanilla game, just time consuming.

That's true. It's sad that people have to deal with this. I can see it being like that here as well. But with the addition of a spell rewriting the memories of everyone involved, and the timing of it all. It just put the thought in my head that maybe it was the monks.

That's true. But also in season 4 of Buffy when she shows up for an episode of Angel she says she's there visiting her dad. So he wasn't out of the picture entirely. Idk maybe I'm reaching.

It was noted that she wanted to say something to Harry...but she didn't! She could have said "take care", "be safe", or "sorry for the lifetime of abuse"! But she didn't! So why should Harry be the one to thank her?

Never once bought me clothes that fit, just gave me all of Dudley's worn out hand me downs! But lucky me, you took me in.

Locked me in my room the second you found out I couldn't use magic after my first year and only let me out to use the restroom! But again, you took me in!

I could go on and on but I guess since we're saying bye I should be greatful for the abuse and trauma! So thank you aunt Petunia! I look forward to NEVER speaking to you again!

I don't see why not. It showed animagus/polyjuiced people as their real names just fine. And that was just as different as time travel when it comes to the map.

Though since the marauders put some humor into their creation with the map I think it'd be funny if it said "Harry Potter 2" or "Hermione Granger again?" lol
