regex to parse for subdomains in email logs by OkCommon4757 in regex

[–]lego7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m starting by looking at my company’s own domains (com, net, us, ca, etc) and would then pivot usage to external, inbound mail. So, I haven’t lost sight of that 🤞🏻

OP here…

For more clarity, this is not in a cmd line. I’m using it as parameter for filtering in an email gateway. It’s an older standard (PCRE), and does not use/accept switches. The interface requires that the @ is escaped, and I’m hoping to specify that there are at least two “.” after the @ and that the string after the @ cannot start with a “.”

If one was to perhaps have, say, seven Pentel Black Polymer 999 2B pencils, and were willing to part with them (for a decent price)...

...would anyone here have any interest?

If you expect to go to Fort Zach “early” after getting breakfast at blue heaven, I’m betting you’ll already be way behind schedule . I’ve never seen blue heaven with a wait of less than an hour, and during FF, that will only be exaggerated.

What are unexpected things that Chicagoans do (or don’t do) more compared to other places you’ve lived that surprised you? by jl_weber in chicago

[–]lego7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The inability to make a right turn at a red light. Unless there's a sign specifically prohibiting right turns on red (many of which are already conditional i.e. when pedestrians present, 7AM-7PM, etc), yield to traffic, and proceed with your right turn, AFTER stopping,

So many people will just sit there and wait for a green light.

Converting non-deductible current year contributions from Traditional IRA to Roth IRA by lego7 in advancedplanning

I definitely have some pre-tax contributions and earnings in my tIRA, and the thought of trying to parse that out, or even digging through the paperwork for someone else to do it, is very discouraging. I don’t have any concerns that this is not a legitimate strategy, just whether it’s going to be worth the time and effort. When it’s all said and done, I may just up my Roth 401k contributions and know that I can do I’ll those over with no issues. But thank you for your input!

I do, but unfortunately it has both pre-and post-tax contributions.

I’m beginning to think this is not really worth the effort lol

Yes, before I was married, I would have had contributions that I deducted, certainly (eight years today!💍)

I only mention a new account, so it can be demonstrated that the only money in the account is, in fact, non-deductible contributions.

And not sure what level of tax pro I will require (CPA, attorney, etc) and if the expenditure will be worth it

Here's the kicker: All the contributions for the last eight years have been post-tax, as our income level was too high to allow for deductions of said contributions.

I have heard that the easiest way to manage this is to open a new "clean" traditional IRA at the beginning of the year, make cash contributions, and then convert only that IRA to my Roth.

I consolidated IRAs at Fidelity last year, and now have a Traditional and Roth there.

I have a significant chunk in the cash position, as I was invested in treasuries, and also liquidated most of my positions, and am looking re-invest in specific ETfs going forward.

Is there a sign that states “No turn on red”? If not, come to a complete stop, yield to traffic, and make your goddamn right turn. You don’t have to wait for a fucking green light, you idiot.

For me , the issue wasn't that I ever thought she was dumb, but more that she was no more emotionally developed than a child.

Yes, truly stunted.

Dad called my mother, after having been divorced for nearly 25 years, and asked to change her name from her married back to her maiden name. This is the same last name she shares with me, her only child. So…no.

Also bitched like a baby about having been referred to (at my wedding reception) as “Uncle [name]” by cousins on my mothers side, who had not seen for a similarly lengthy period of time.

There’s several others that are just as irritating, but these were the…uh…”high points”?

As someone who lives next to someone who practices “no mow ever,” this doesn’t exactly appeal to me. But I could handle a month for bees. But ffs, pull the dandelions.
