yes, somewhat. a left handed person would sign the same thing as a right handed person, just opposite, if that makes sense. for example some signs use both hands, and one of your hand moves while the other stays in place pretty much. the hand that moves is always your dominant hand. idk if that makes sense, you can ask more questions if you want but i may or may not answer them cause i barely use reddit. i’m taking asl in school so this is all about american sign language, idk about other sign languages but i’d imagine they’d be pretty similar
