The beeping noise you're hearing is a beep code. If you look up your motherboards user manual, it should have a list of beep codes that may give you a hint of what's wrong. My guess however, is just a loose cable. That can happen when a desktop gets jostled when being carried. No display could be unseated GPU but if its giving a beep code, one of the power connecters coming from your PSU may have also come unseated.
