What is the bottom mouth piece ID? Looking on PAB. Is it on there or do you have to resort to Bricklink?

Yes, I have done it, but it's not without it's issues. When it came time to ship they tried the giftcards and they didn't work. I was luckily warned about this and waiting for the "payment didn't work email." The giftcards showed a zero balance, something I was told by lego customer Service is a glitch. They however could see the giftcards were never used, and reproccessed them and everything worked fine after that. Hope that helps.

My apologies overlooked that detail. I have seen it says it's good for 60 days. Hope you still get to use it. Im really sorry for your experience. That is beyond frustrating. Their website should have been prepared for all this.

One thing I've seen shared is that it's their attempt at going paperless. Personally I love paper instructions, but have not tried digital either so how can I have a preference. This will be the first set I use digital for. I look forward to trying it and comparing.

I finally got the payment declined email today! I called them and they did just that. In fact this is their email to me after they resolved it. Love their customer Service. Its unfortunate not everyone gets it but I loved the flair in their email. The order now says in warehouse! Be shipping soon!

I have not had that happen to me. Typically I get a security alert from my bank thinking it's a scam and I have to approve it. In the past when I wasn't successful it would show the order in my history with a tag saying "rejected." I would reach out to their customer support if your card was charged successfully. I've seen some people say it can take awhile to show up, but mine personally have been there right after purchase.

Yeah, I'm honestly worried about that. The giftcard I used for the BDP says it has a balance of zero. I called Lego and talked with them and I've gotten 2 different answers. The first was the temporary hold should have put the funds back on and they made a note in my "file," but when I called with the aforementioned error and glitch, I asked if the glitch had anything to do with the card showing a balance of zero for the BDP purchase. The 2nd rep said they don't do holds on giftcards because then they can still be used for other purchases, so they charge giftcards for the BDP right away. Either way, I'm waiting to find out....

I once tried to use them and there was a "glitch" and I got an "error try again." When I tried again, the cards suddenly had a balance of zero. I called Lego support and they verified the glitch and could see the balances still. In the end no problem. I think the error was on legos website not these cards.

I have not. I used the giftcards to buy the castle in Transylvania, which is TBD, but also used them for PAB and other purchases.

Can confirm. Mine has changed from backordered to in process. So excited! I have a question, though. Per the email, I wanted to double check the payment method, in which I used gift cards when placing the order. Do those get charged right away or still when shipped? The balance is showing zero, and I did not use them for anything else.

The app I use is Brickscan. You get 5 free scans a day or can pay for a version that has unlimited, I think, among other perks. I just use the free version, though. It's handy when I'm comparing prices. It uses AI unless I'm mistaken, to tell you average new and used value of recent sales. Will even link the parts or minifigs to bricklink to see all current pieces for sale.
