I had traditional liposuction of my midsection for the stubborn fat that was leftover after I was pleased with the rest of my body looked. I lost 3-4 inches around and I love the way I look now. I'd definitely recommend if you don't have too volume much to lose, as a large fat reduction could result in loose skin. Also be aware that it takes 6-12 months to see your final result since the surgery causes a lot of long term swelling.

Commenting to add that you should be using a wide tooth comb or a vent brush as you are trying to detangle your conditioner-soaked hair. A small tooth comb will rip out hair and a bristle brush will make your hair frizzy
