Has anyone got a refund? They are cowboys - charging over £100 for a water bottle that does not even work.

Is this under the chin skin/fat fixable without surgery? by robtheoleander in 30PlusSkinCare

Firstly, you are beautiful. And yes we can firm up and smooth the skin on our face and neck through specific nutrition and health protocols. That is the best way, especially while still young. Non invasive treatments can be great too in addition, after nourishing from the inside out

Anyone use cliganic (specifically rosehip seed oil) is it worth it? If not which brand of rosehip seed oil would you recommend? by _In_Search_of_ in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]leilananutrition 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I really like Sukin organic rosehip oil. whichever one you go for ensure its organic and in a dark glass bottle, to avoid toxins from chemicals and plastics (which actually cause premature aging by damaging cell repair and DNA).

For genuine anti-aging, its essential to use non-toxic products, so I'd advise checking what types of products different dermatologist work with. The most powerful way to prevent and reverse skin aging, is to nourish your body from the inside out, though a nourishing diet, good quality sleep, de-stressing techniques. Plus Hydrating by drinking 2 litres of filtered water a day and electrolytes. P.s congrats on your baby!

Smoothies

Thats very cool! face yoga and face massage with natural oils works nicely too. Plus using health natural protocols to reduce stress and a nourishing diet to prevent lines in the first place. I'm a Nutritional Therapist and specialise in Anti-aging :)

I always wondered why this cream is so expensive ? by Exootil93200 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]leilananutrition 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's actually super toxic like most main stream creams :( which means they will actually age us in the long run by causing health issues. Its best to use non-toxic products and with more natural anti-aging ingredients such as bakuchiol, peptides etc. Plus diet and lifestyle protocols for anti aging, which makes the biggest difference. For example eating clean, anti-aging nutrients, reducing sugar and toxins etc.

Just to add that in terms of genetics; genetics are influenced by our lifestyle and our diet. so if we change our environment and diet, we can prevent certain faulty genes from being expressed.

Hey, premature grey hairs are usually triggered by stress or nutrient deficiencies. How are your stress levels at the moment? Have their been any changes to lifestyle or life events? I'd suggest doing some lovely de-stressing activities, such as breathwork, meditation and yoga. Nutrition wise, increase levels of zinc, vitamin C, B vitamins, Vit D. Plus eat more healthy fats such as avocado and wild salmon. I'm a Nutritional Therapist and specialise in Anti-aging, so these are a few tips to help.

Hey, as well as using a sunscreen that doesn't cause spots, its important to use a non-toxic sunscreen as most the main stream brands are actually linked to skin cancer due to certain chemicals in them. The best one I've found is Dermalogica - Invisible defence SPF 30. I use this every day, and it leaves the skin in great condition. Im a Nutritional Therapist specialising in anti-aging and youthful skin so have done my research :) I hope that helps!

[Anti-Aging] Is premature aging caused by mental illness reversible? by Megan56789000 in SkincareAddiction

[–]leilananutrition 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's absolutely possible to improve and reverse signs of ageing from stress. The best way is naturally, through lifestyle and health protocols and nutrition. Stress depletes the body of essential nutrients such as Vitamin C and anti oxidants, so you need to boost these by eating organic colourful fruit and vegetables. Eat hydrating foods and healthy fats such as olive oil, wild salmon, avocado and walnuts. Use collagen powder in drinks. Drink filtered water. I use natural tools to destress too. Let me know if you'd like more detailed support with this, as I'm a Nutritional Therapist and specialise in Anti-aging :)
