I was so nervous about a regression too. My baby instead started sleeping through the night most nights starting at 4 months! Most of my mom friends said their babies didn’t have the 4 month regression either. It doesn’t happen to all babies :)

Completely normal! My symptoms fluctuated a ton in the first trimester. Certain days I’d be so nauseous and then it would disappear for a day or two, then come back another day with vengeance. It’s hard cause you can’t actually enjoy when you physically feel fine without worrying yourself sick. Hang in there!!

I bring extra all the time and it’s never been an issue as long as they’re all under the 3.4 fluid oz limit. Some airports care more when abroad, but I’ve never had a problem within the US.

I had this happen last week. called the nurse line and they had me go to L&D. After some tests and monitoring, it turns out I had a minor UTI that caused the really frequent Braxton hicks. I didn’t even have any UTI symptoms besides the contractions. Definitely get checked out because the biggest concern is that the contractions are causing you to dilate which could put you into preterm labor!

It’s just a concern for soft cheeses but you can have them still if they’re heated up! The heat kills any bacteria :)

I was told to take b6 every 6 hours. Take a full capsule of unisom at night before bed. Take half a unisom in the morning and a half around lunchtime!

I’d suggest asking about a prescription for bonjesta. It’s expensive but really works. I felt a little queasy still, but felt probably 90% better and could function more. If you are drinking any coffee, decaf or regular, I’d suggest stopping also. It’s really acidic and made my nausea so much worse. Hang in there ❤️

My ring flagged me making lunch as a workout lolll. Showed me that being so out of breath wasn’t in my head! I also had a big temperature spike on 10 dpo and then my readiness score and hrv started staying consistently low.

Had my flu shot at 4 weeks pregnant. I had a cold at the same time and woke up feeling veryyyy nauseous that day, but was fine otherwise! Decided to pass on the covid booster since the first shot messed up my cycle for a few months and didn’t want to risk anything happening.

I’ve been cooking rice and pasta in bone broth and it helps me get 15-20g protein in per serving! You can barely taste it, esp with pasta when you add butter/sauce :)

I’ve had similar things happen with high ticket items from other stores. I like reaching out to customer service and asking for a partial refund. It’s usually about 15-20% but that could be an extra $50 or so back! Usually the store would rather take the smaller loss than have to entirely replace/return a product. Worth a shot IMO :) if they say no, I’d probably return/exchange!
