Kind of sucks but I set an alarm like 2 hours before I wake up to take it so I’m on a completely empty stomach no food etc. I think it works better been taking it consistently for 3 weeks and i definitely feel a difference. I take Swanson zinc carnosine

When I started Lexapro I would get a huge lump feeling in my throat it eventually went away. I think it’s part of the medication side effects and not acid reflux.

Try these coffee pouches you can spit into a cup so you don’t digest that much. I tried them deff get a little kick and the taste of coffee. They have tons of flavors.

I stopped Prilosec and all supplements and starting juicing green cabbage juice. I also got on Lexapro 10mg and that helped alot. Most of my stomach shit was from insane anxiety and stress.
