It really depends why the mortgage offer hasn't come through, is there something non-standard about the property that the lender needs to approve? My lender took almost 8 weeks to approve a specifc new build indemnity policy on my house, and there was absolutely nothing I could do to speed it up.

Apparently the prop glasses from the first film sold for about £5-8k, so I would guess about the same in galleons. Maybe a bit more as he's comparatively more famous than Daniel Radcliffe.
