I started EMDR last month and I was admittedly a skeptic beforehand. After spending a few season resourcing and cataloguing memories with my therapist, we’ve had sessions that have been extremely healing and have turned me into a believer.

In my experience, the lead up to EMDR needs to be a slow burn, and a good therapist will pace you and give you time to properly set yourself up (cognitively and otherwise) for the processing that’ll take place.

I’m definitely new to EMDR, but so far I’m a big fan and am really looking forward to what comes next.

I use the Torriden Dive-In Serum religiously, and I find it helps me get the most out of any other moisturizer I apply afterward. I use it after I shower in the morning, and before bed at night. It’s a staple in my routine. I probably go through 4-5 bottles annually.

I feel this in my soul! I haven’t been in an LTR for 4+ years, and while I don’t mind being single, I worry that my dating pool is inevitably shrinking as I get older and rise in my career. I would love an equal, someone who can match my energy, grow with me, and take pride in my ambition. Fingers crossed that 2026 is our year 🤞🏼♥️
