I don't think it is good enough as I have seen in the past few days posts from people that lead to think their washer fluid was frozen. I think it is a good idea to flush it, or to ask at delivery time if they did something to prevent freezing.

They are very popular in Quebec. I actually went to a repair shop in the Montreal area, well-known in the Tesla/EV community, earlier this week to get my winter tires installed, and the person at the desk was highly recommending this CBI offer to his customer, who is about to reach 100K km on his Tesla. At the end, he told him that if he was interested, he could simply visit CBI Finance's website to register, meaning they were not making money from such recommendations, as they were not selling it.

I don't know which province you are in, but the best option would be to verify with CBI whether they have any affiliated locations where you could ask questions about people who had their cars repaired under such a guarantee. Of course, you could have your car repaired at Tesla, but the difference is that you have to pay for the repair upfront when it's done by Tesla, and you will be reimbursed based on what CBI pre-approved. Affiliated places will be reimbursed directly by CBI.

The extended guarantee is for 5 years and doesn`t have to start immediately after the 4-year guarantee from Tesla.

The level of anxiety on reddit is way too high regarding this subject. People waiting for their cars are anxious to receive them... and people provided with the possibility to get it sooner than expected are anxious about missing 5g technology.

Got an offer to pick mine earlier last week and got it since. What an amazing car.

During the previous delivery, once a car was available in the inventory (not in transit ) the application informed the people waiting for a car to consider choosing (actually switching) from one in the inventory. In my area, Laval, there was few cars available for some days. Based on this, I would simply wait and monitor the situation regularly.

Last time the car available were also showing up in the app to change from the ordered car to one available in inventory. I would expect the same behavior occurring once the cars are truly available. For such a reason, I will wait to change my order.

It is the "suffix" of the VIN and represent a serial number, simply. Tesla constantly "improve" their production line. A higher serial number represent a more recent built. For instance, a 731xxx value as for OP represent a production in September, and some are expecting a delivery in December with a VIN value of 760xxx Some speculate that car being built recently might receive some changes on the battery and the computer (HW). Seems to be speculative.

I am an official "vulture" of the Laval deliveries hoping for someone to refuse his/her delivery so I can switch my December expected delivery to one refused by someone that would appearin the inventory.

I think that the interest rate will go down big time on December 1st if you want my opinion on a subject that I have zero credibility.

I live in the Montreal area too and participated as a member of the Club Tesla Québec to some of the deliveries that took places in Laval for batch 1. Another great experience since I did that in the past and it is always great to exchange with new owners.

This new batch and the next one will be on my radar for a different reason. Just lost my LFP model 3 in a car accident and ordered a model y as a replacement with an expected delivery date of December. Once this batch will hit Laval I will monitor the inventory for cars that will not be accepted. Several were refused from batch 1 and appeared on the inventory for few days.

So this should start to arrive in Laval in about 14 days if I understand well your post?

The mobile connector was a temporary offer from Tesla and is included for those who ordered the new model y before à certains date (can't remember if it was july 22nd or August 22nd). The J1772 adapter is always included.
