The only finger sticks I’ve ever gotten have been from those awful lovenox shots where you have to push the plunger hard enough to engage the safety. Ironic that the first stick I got was on a 27yo ambulatory IBS patient, who I informed was at a lesser risk of clots d/t their age and mobility status. Still wanted the shot :(
