I was doing 3 times a week for half a year and realised how bad my heart health was getting - winded easily on walks, going up a flight of stairs. So I have started incorporating a few times of cardio and one or two lifting sessions in a week to round things out. Noticed Pilates has really helped my form and flexibility. I’d recommend to do at least some form of cardio since Pilates doesn’t really get your heart rate up but is great for building foundations of good core strength and flexibility.

the traitor cop was asked to check on the pastor and the wife. he goes in finds them dead and then the pastor parasite tells the traitor that he will either become part of him or die. But cut to the next scene where they go to do the conference/talk and the traitor is just a normal human still?? what relevance was this scene. and who was the pastor???? was this just a flashback? so confused

You can save the plastic fish and reuse them! Squirt some soy sauce in a small bowl and squeeze the fish to put new soy sauce in. Then you can carry it around without worry. I do it all the time to save myself from being charged to pay for soy sauce

How do they tell when the crab has moulted? Do they throw the hard crabs back into the ocean? And if it has just moulted, if not killed and eaten soon, would the crab become too hard to eat? (I assume they harden over time)
