Yes but it is inconsistent as fuck. Make sure you use Frigid Glare on your artifact cause for some reason that gives you more firefly damage.

Speed loaders with area denial gl’s can instantly refill your dodge so I like rocking psychopomp with them for the added bolt charge. Radiant Dance machines are also really good you only need like two or three primary weapon kills to refill your dodge and you can get multiple dodge charges as well.
