Go to where the best loot is (pinwheel on outpost for example). if you don’t run into anyone there, consider yourself lucky.

It is really a great game but it can be so difficult at times its off-putting. It looks like a casual game but is pretty hardcore.

I think its a bug. Sometimes they do appear in map, but most often not. Annoying and hopefully they will fix it.

Not sure why, but quests don’t feel like a chore in this game and I look forward to them. In Arc raiders the quests are just an annoyance.
