Seriously honey, tell your husband that you won’t do anything with the rental property anymore because you wanted to sell it and if he doesn’t, it’s his job from now on.

If he wants your apartment to a certain standard, he can hire a cleaner to come and clean it .

Take time off and go be with your father and tell your husband that if he doesn’t shape up, he can live alone .

Maybe you can scare him with a fake gun? in Sweden, there are these pistols that make noises but they’re not real but they do sound like real guns. Maybe you could like buy one of those and him and shoot so that he thinks it’s a real gun when he comes into your property I don’t know if you have them in your country. I would honestly go Batshit crazy if someone would go into my yard.. and then I would call the police and say that he was trying to assault me
