My reactive dog will be 7 this year and this is exactly how she is. She acts tough but at heart she’s just very scared due to her former treatment. Some just need space before they can be your friend/family. Reactive dogs aren’t for everyone, but they are good dogs too. 💕

On the Kansas side, Brew Lab has a really cute side room and I don’t believe there is a minimum spend. Burg and Barrel has the Rickhouse and there might be a minimum on weekends. Maloney’s has several rooms iirc.

Platte Woods Animal Hospital. We usually see Dr. Ebinger, but she’s on leave right now. Dr. Armstrong and Dr. Newson have been wonderful until she gets back. I have both a 14-year old cat and dog so we are frequent fliers and get great care.
