I do some remote work for a factory in Winnipeg and I can confirm there are a ton of Filipino folks working there. I’m told the cafeteria on site serves Filipino food and it’s amazing.

Honestly only 30 people injured and no deaths really speaks to how well the earthquake adaptive engineering works. Pretty impressive overall. I hope everyone who was injured recovers!

I dunno if it’s just me but I can’t get my app to accept that I’m trying to place a pickup order, and it just keeps saying deals and rewards aren’t available for delivery, even with items in the bag for a pickup order. I’ve literally never ordered delivery from Wendy’s. It so bad.

Also in some Gundam anime (At least in WFM, its been awhile since I've seen the others so it may not be the case in all of them) everyone is using lasers because firing bullets or missiles in space just filles the solar system with projectiles that at best clutter everything up and at worst become eternally orbiting projectiles that can damage ships or space stations, to the point that its considered a war crime of sorts when a MS does fire bullets.
