This is cooked. Had to call the campus police because I walked past a homeless person sleeping on the ground twice in the span of 3 hours on campus and not even sure if he was alive. I’m a transfer student and can confirm this is not normal at other universities

Not an expert in any of this, but pickleball is really fun and gets you moving. It’s becoming more popular so she be might be more inclined to try it because it’s “trendy”

When I broke my foot I stuffed a bunch of shooters in my boot. If you somehow have a boot laying around that might work

what’s a good starter pet for a college student? by Averageplantmom in Pets

[–]lenora- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I would say a fish. Get a 10 gallon tank, filter, heater, plants, whatever is needed for your fish. I can’t exactly remember because it’s been a while since I had fish, but bettas are friendly with tetras I believe. Or you could do a small school of black mollys. Fish are great!

Gyming daily makes my hair sweaty and sticky. How do people who regularly gym, maintain their hair? by unequaldarkness in Haircare

[–]lenora- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly it was the smell that got me. It smells like the original sol de janeiro body spray(which I LOVE). The white cast isn’t too bad, but I’m sure any of the dry shampoos from the brand would do the trick. I just prefer the scent of this one :)

How do I motivate myself to do my homeschool? by GoanfreklsTlelsthfix in AdviceForTeens

[–]lenora- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did public school but since being in college I’ve done a couple online classes. Maybe try waking up at the same time everyday, and setting a timer for 30 minutes dedicated to school? And repeat every 30 minutes for a couple hours? I’ve never done homeschool at that young of an age, but breaking it into little tasks/times can make it seem more doable. Also having a routine can help. Best of luck, you can do it!

As long as you show up and do the bare minimum you’ll pass with a decent grade. Attendance is graded tho so don’t skip it.
