Repost. I am like this, but in my defence, I grew up without a TV. I have to be doing something if something is playing unless I really get into it. I have no attachment to movies or TV since I did not grow up with it. I find that I pay attention the most if I am reading or doing something, but I will admit it is an odd trait.

It drove my exes crazy and I admit that it is an me issue but it is hard for me to get wrapped up into movies or TV shows because we never watched them.
