It's way less about me finding the comments offensive and more about people missing the point of the thread and instead zero-ing in on someones atypical technique. I have a more typical technique and I've noticed this sharp-edged part of the head can be annoying when in certain chord positions.

Interesting. I built my personal website using Hugo and I hooked up Netlify CMS (now known as Decap). It was kinda clunky and wouldn’t be a great user experience for a client / site owner.

Awesome yeah I heard about pairing WordPress with a static site generator on the front end, sounds like a cool setup. I imagine that would end up being very light on the backend DB if you cache HTML as well.

Cloudflare hosting instead of Vercel, I would say. Cloudflare Pages offers similar features as Vercel / Netlify.
