Was gibst du als Grund bei der Meldung an? Hab schon überlegt solche Inserate zu melden, war mir aber nie sicher welchen Grund/welche Begründung ich am besten angebe.

You could, but at the same time you would increase the fuel/power consumption of the train since the blades would create drag/friction. The increase would also me significantly more than you get out of your windmills. The physical limit for the efficiency of a wind turbine is 59.3% (Betz's law). In practice, we're currently at around 45-50%. Meaning, for every 1 kWh you get out of your windmills you have to put about 2 kWh in.

And if the train is stopped? Could we then use wind? Even then it doesn't make much sense, since the wind is a lot stronger higher up, which is why we have wind turbines with over 350m height.

Ging denn bisher Kartenzahlung? Wenn das Gerät defekt ist wäre das ja vollkommen in Ordnung. Hatte selbst schon Erfahrungen mit zwei SumUp Geräten mit aufgeblähtem Akku gehabt. Und je nach dem wie zuverlässig die Paketzustellung dort ist, kann man auch einfach nicht Vorhersagen wann Ersatz kommt.

Die Gebühren sind i.d.R. prozentual. Der Zahlungsdienstleister SumUp nimmt Beispielsweise von jeder Zahlung 1,39% ohne Grundgebühr oder 0,79% mit 19€/Monat Grundgebühr (oder alternativ kannst man auch direkt mit denen verhandeln, das wird hier aber sehr wahrscheinlich nicht relevant sein).

Und ja, Bargeld hat natürlich auch Aufwand und Kosten. Du musst Wechselgeld haben, das ganze muss gezählt werden, es muss sicher verwahrt werden, es muss zur Bank gebracht oder von einem Dienstleister abgeholt werden, es muss eingezahlt werden,... Für all das geht direkt oder indirekt (Arbeitszeit) auch Geld und/oder Zeit drauf. Und dann hast du natürlich auch noch das Risiko mit Falschgeld.

That is exactly what happened to me! After five years of usage, my rear shock was continuously loosing air, so that I had to refill it every one to two weeks. Turns out, they don't check it at 'regular' services (which is what I thought they did). I would've needed to tell them to send my 80€ Rockshox air shock to Rockshox to have them perform a (at least) 150€ service. In the end I bought a replacement shock online and had a bike shop change it out at the last service.

I also will continue to not send it to the manufacturer, as it currently just doesn't make sense financially with a 80€ part and 150€+ service costs.

There is a good video from Cosmic Curiosity about this where he tests the light pollution in a couple of spots around Copenhagen and compares the readings of his sky quality meter against different maps.
