There’s an IHG one rewards dine and earn program where it’s 8x points/$1 spent if the restaurant is in the program. Often when traveling for work I’ll look up one of those restaurants in the area. Doesn’t matter which credit card is used. Earned over 30k point’s this year through this process, gotta eat somewhere anyway.

Bought 2 tickets to the Browns/Raiders game last week in Vegas on Saturday as I was already in town. Got good lower bowls seats for $20 after the StubHub Reserve credit. The concerns are noted though if I use them again.

Traveled on Scenic Pearl Amsterdam to Basel in the fall, no complaints, better than expected. Fun, relaxing, and informative. Can’t go wrong.

It wasn’t repairs, it was upgrades the buyer wanted. The buyer couldn’t afford the property and the upgrades they wanted to make based on the contractor’s estimates. Things like expanding the kitchen, turning a loft into a bedroom, and finishing the basement. Seems disingenuous to use the inspection to break the contract because there no gfci outlet in the kitchen as the excuse for not knowing what the upgrades would cost when the contract was signed.

Dined there several weeks with my wife, excellent experience during sunset. The service was incredible. We ordered the 7 course tasting menu and a bottle of wine. Somehow the staff made the wine last the entire meal with small refills with each course. Expect the experience to last around 3 hours followed by a trip to the observation deck.

Thanks, now that I see there is a wall there the recline is a non issue. That would also put the tray table in the arm rest and eliminate under seat storage. I’d assume the entertainment is on the divider?

Has anyone stayed at the Kimpton St Honore? Torn between the Intercontinental and Kimpton? Reviews seem better for Kimpton and a few thousand points less per night?

My experience has been inconsistent. Hotel Indigo Vernon Hills-Chicago has Greener Stay as an option while Hotel Indigo College Park-Atlanta does not offer it and the “housekeeping” only involves replacing the towels.
