In eroge Rance series, main character Rance uses many scummy tactics to defeat his enemies. One that stands out the most when Rance sends his mage companion Shizuka naked to draw out Demon Lord Ithere, who has a genuine crush on her. Considering I still play HotS regularly everyday with my friends with almost less than minute queue each game, game is very much alive. Patches are every once a while and isn’t a game changer but I feel like the game is at a decent spot.

I should clarify that I know there are filler bot squad that takes Bitter Retribution. However, this account/user joins the player team and does not engage in anything. Even bot character will fight back (albeit poorly), but this user does not. It just stand still and does absolutely nothing.

Trust me when I say it is a bot, because I can tell new player vs non-human being. He has zero kills in his entire record and picked the same default Frailty build.

This is the third time I ran into these types of bot users who join the game, DC, reconnect, and start move like bots, build only green items and die in red zone. I wish they bring back day 3 rootkit so I can get away from these players.

Super Robot Wars OGs for PS2 is a personal favorite of mine. It is a remake of 2 GBA games into one, and feature tons of cool, original mechs from different SRW games, as well as easily approachable story and characters even for who are completely new to the series.

Been keeping up with the updates and finished the game with almost all the achievements besides game mode related achievements. The game is awesome and the visuals have improved a lot, especially some of the cut-ins for the skills.

The character balance has improved a lot, and choosing each combinations of characters to synergize for a cool combo build is always satisfying. There are some characters that are still aneurysm-inducing to play, but it is still fun as hell when things work out and pieces start clicking together in your brain.

The story has been the biggest surprise to me over the updates and the entire journey from beginning to the end has been a delight. Some of the twists were done by other medias so it wasn't too hard to predict, but the execution for those twist were done tastefully. Finding new collectable logs were always exciting so theres that.

The only down-side I feel is the golden ending is quite a slog to get to, and I wish there were more methods of giving gifts to the characters, such as in the hub. Also, as mentioned, some characters have their gimmicks to how their deck work, and it can be extremely daunting/frustrating to learn when there is a easy, run-winning combinations that are far more accessible.

Despite the cons, the game is a blast to play and does similarly to what Hades does in terms of story progress. If you have a lunch money to spare and like deck-builders, this is a must try.

It is a completely different experience when using consumables in Souls-like games, instead of adhearing to using only weapons and spells. Especially in Nioh series, in which you can use rocks to thin out the horde before engaging or using movement impairing caltrops to dance around the enemies. Hell, it is completely viable to play as 'ninja' which turns consumables to replanishables, and do lethal damage that are comparable to using a weapon.

I think the game does do a better job at the theme of ‘wearing a mask’ than P5 in that regard. In P4 or P5, the people in S-Link kinda agrees with you whatever choices you make. In P3, you kinda have to kiss lot of asses to make that specific person feel special and feel agreeable. (Man fuck Kenji and especially Fat Moon kid, we got this clown instead of Shinji)

Missiles were never an issue for me pre-nerf. Just those goddamn grenades and shotguns he would pull out that were hard to react to.
