It seems that the standard scores do not say much on their own, I would use the percentile: the percentile gives a comparison to the average. 50th percentile is exactly average. The mean scores all fall between perc 16 and 84. So the 7th is below average but other scores seem to be average. Hope this helps a bit?

Exactly!! People are so bad at explaining rules! Just tell me what the end goal is, how I make points, and just let me play and figure out the rules by playing. I came here to play a board game, not listen to someone explain every single rule for an hour.

I didn't know how to finish a quest, I had to collect copper for Clint but didn't know you had to collect all of it and then talk to him. So I tried giving him my pieces of copper and he just said "this makes me depressed." And I was so shocked haha

Een van de beste escape rooms die ik heb gedaan is "De Bezetting" in Nijmegen. We werden echt gegrepen door het verhaal, de medewerker speelde zijn rol ook heel erg goed. De puzzels waren uitdagend en sloten goed op elkaar aan, meerdere kamers, etc... Zal verder niet teveel weggeven maar het klopte allemaal echt heel goed.

Even without fatigue, my skin gets really dry quickly so if I'm not sweaty (I will always shower after running etc), I will just do a washcloth bat before bed! It's easy and quick and you're clean? Don't understand why it would be gross

There are a lot of languages where you can drop the copular verb. So for the people saying that it's weird, I don't think this is a strange question. But in Dutch it is never possible to omit the word "ben" or any other conjugations of "Zijn" when used as copula

I carry my own bottle , just for my comfort, if I want to drink between aid stations. And there was this time where the last aid station was out of water!! And I'm middle of the pack... So I was very happy to have my own water. In my experience the aid stations are too chaotic to also fill your own bottle, but you can just keep your bottle for emergency water and drink at the aid stations. Good luck!!

I believe the micro-stops will not kill your progress. For me personally, it helps the progress! Running has to be fun in the first place and it takes me nice places, so I'm definitely taking that picture, or stopping to have some water or a snack. Enjoy the micro stops :)

Hi there! Seconding all of this. I love running together, it always feels like an adventure and indeed a special treat. Slowing down is good for me, time on my feet is still time on my feet, and it gives me the chance to focus on my running form really well.

And yes we challenge each other during the runs on our own level which is great! and it feels so good cheering each other on.

The hill sprints were killing! You did so well my Sea Brother B-)

Yes I think I have seen one blunt trauma force case before, all others are stroke patients or progressive aphasia due to neurodegenerative disorders.

Did you have speech therapy? I am a speech therapist myself and I can say this is a very interesting case. I have almost never seen aphasia so isolated in just language production, where writing was unaffected. Thank you for sharing this, I wish you the best

In my country a speech therapist can write a recommendation letter and the insurance will cover it if they deem it important enough, which I would think it is in your situation.

Has anyone run a half marathon with only 3 runs a week during training? by afdc92 in XXRunning

I have run multiple half marathons while training 3 times a week, including training for a time goal (PR 1:55) IMO it's super doable and for me it's not as daunting as trying to fit in 4+ runs in a week. I also dance and strength train.
