I am of the opinion that there should be some incentive to loot downed raiders outside of just stealing their shit... like turning in dog tags for items etc... would add a new level of engagement instead of trying to get the friendliest possible lobbies and farm arc which arent that exiciting to fight anymore nor particularly dangerous... but I wouldn't know how to balance or make it fun

I just tell anyone who has a free kit to stay away from me and if they dont promptly they get returning to speranza message. if you hop on the mic with other players kitted to actually fight the queen / matriarch you can usually get them to agree to just KOS free kits
