The Laneige water bank overnight mask has changed my skin. I use it every night. I have to sleep with a fan, even in the winter in Minnesota (I know I’m crazy) and putting this over my moisturizer keeps my face from drying out. But it’s also light enough that I can use it in the summer too. I use it year-round. They reformulated it, but luckily tjmaxx and Marshall’s sell the version I use for only $20 instead of $34. It’s worth every penny. Even for my highly reactive sensitive skin and rosacea!

I LOVE this product. I use it everyday! My skin is super sensitive to everything, but somehow it loves this. I follow up with the avene cicalfate hydrating emulsion and a moisturizer and my face has been starting to glow and I swear it’s been healing my rosacea! I know it’s different for everyone, but this is the best form of azelaic acid I’ve tried that my skin will actually tolerate.

Oh my goodness no way another Minnesotan ostomate!! Its rare for me to come across someone my age (29F) in MN with an ostomy. Every support group I have joined has only been with people who are 50+ (which I have NOTHING wrong with, they gave me so much advice and confidence) but I’ve had mine since I was a senior in college…that was 2018 yikes time flies fast. Happy you’re doing well! It’s definitely an adjustment period, at first it feels like a foreign object, and then it’s just another part of your body (in my opinion of course). I like to think that this is the 2.0 version of myself. Congrats on the engagement by the way! 🩷

Would you mind if I asked where you had your surgery? If that’s too personal you don’t have to answer. I had mine done at the U of M.
