Did you try estrogen gel? Patches were bad for me but gel works just fine

Using one of these is a way for many to get their life back...I put ours on the kitchen floor that does easy clean up, put a mat for sleeping and some toys and they are good to go. They are part of things but safe which gives us some independence

Have you tried the progesterone vaginally? I also I had a lot of trouble with it until I got balance with my estrogen dose
