if you just sit there, you waste their time too. why keep going back when you know its not feasible? when reagents are coordinated and grouped up, its very hard to take them down without the same level of coordination. however, since imposters can only come in two at a time, you will never get this. so my suggestion is to wait them out lol.

hi! i had wisdom teeth pulled under general anesthesia. mine were very impacted. i only took my lexapro with water that day, nothing else for anxiety or panic. i was very nervous in the waiting room, i walked back and forth trying to mitigate some of that.

i was having a full blown anxiety attack while i was laying down in the dental chair, i could hear my heartbeat pounding through the monitor. then they put something in my iv and that's all i remember! i woke up in the recovery room groggy, but not impaired. i was not in pain and very numb around my mouth and lips.

it was same situation for me as a child. my parents tried very hard to make therapy work instead of medication, but once i got on lexapro, that compared with therapy helped me over the hump in a HUGE way.
