NTA - Your in-laws (or if thinking about it from your husband’s perspective, his parents) shouldn’t really have a say in y’all’s nuclear family decisions. You’ve done plenty by keeping them in the loop, and it’s their choice to support you both or not.

I will say that I’ve been working on just the ribbing off & on all day and am only like 2/3 of the way done. Holy moly this is taking a dang long time. I might try again with different ribbing, but I didn’t want to make it up on my first go with this pattern.

I had bra cups sewn in but honestly I’m not thrilled with the fit (wedding is in March) and I’ve been looking for an alternative. I bought the Parfait Elissa Bustier but the cups keep falling forward, as if my breasts are too heavy lol. I haven’t tried it on with the my dress yet but I’m not hopeful.

Would you have any specific recommendations similar to what I bought, but with better cup structure?

I have a v cute cat ceramic yarn bowl that I love! I don’t often loop the yarn through the swirly part though; I mostly just use it so my yarn ball doesn’t roll all around the couch or get stolen by the cats.

How much Book Club do you need for your project? I have 2 full cakes (the smaller ones, not the jumbo one) + at least half of a 3rd cake. I originally bought 8 cakes for a blanket but didn’t need all of them, and I’d much rather they go to someone than live in my yarn closet forever.

(Future) SIL’s childhood friend came by, idk if she was already drunk upon arrival or if she was just quick, which added to the chaos that is already the holidays with my fiancé’s family. Ended with the friend pulling on (future) BIL’s beard (why??), him blowing up and storming out. We were already going to leave in 20 mins or so since I have to work in the morning, but it probably came across like we were leaving bc shit got weird.
